Do you ship internationally?
At present, I am only able to ship to the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) and the United States through my website. However, I do shop to Europe (non-EU), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa through my Etsy store here.
Unfortunately, due to recent changes to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), I am unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.
Please be aware that if you are based outside of the UK, the buyer may be responsible for additional customs, taxes and import duties.
How long will delivery take?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service and should be received within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) once dispatched.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Standard service. Delivery estimates for international orders are as follows:
Europe: 3-5 working days.
Rest of World: 6-7 working days.
All orders worth over £20 will be sent via a tracked service where possible.
Please note that the delivery times listed above are not guaranteed. Sometimes there may be circumstances out of my control that may delay your order from arriving in the estimated time frame.
If I don't like an item, can I return it?
If you are unhappy with an item that you have received from me and wish to return it, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can contact me via the contact form, and I will be happy to discuss this further.
Please note that I am unable to accept returns for custom-made or commissioned products unless they are faulty.

I do accept custom orders. Please get in touch with me via the contact form in the first instance to discuss your idea.
