Do you ship internationally?

At present, I am only able to ship to the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) and the United States through my website. Unfortunately, due to recent changes to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), I am unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.

For customers based in the United States, all tariffs are included in the price you pay at checkout and are covered by me at the point of shipping, so there should be no additional tariff charges on delivery.

Please be aware that if you are based outside of the UK, the buyer may be responsible for additional customs, taxes and import duties.

How long will delivery take?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service and should be received within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) once dispatched.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Standard service. Delivery estimates for international orders are as follows:

Europe: 3-5 working days.

Rest of World: 6-7 working days.

All orders worth over £20 will be sent via a tracked service where possible.

Please note that the delivery times listed above are not guaranteed. Sometimes, there may be circumstances out of my control that may delay your order from arriving in the estimated time frame.

If I don't like an item, can I return it?

If you are unhappy with an item that you have received from me and wish to return it, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can contact me via the contact form, and I will be happy to discuss this further.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns for custom-made or commissioned products unless they are faulty.
